This has absolutely nothing to do with fashion, but I just had to share anyway. I’m on a quest to make 7 new smoothies in 7 days — a smoothie a day. In reality, it will probably be day 3 and I’ll forget or buy a milkshake instead. But, with the best intentions, here is my Monday smoothie creation. Took about 2 minutes to make which was also awesome!
Don’t want to forget to mention how much I love Trader Joe’s frozen fruit selection so I’ll note which fruits are frozen:
1/2 C. Ice Cubes
1 C. Frozen Mango Chunks (TJs)
1/2 C. Fresh Pineapple
1/2 Medium Lemon Juice
1/2 C. Plain Lowfat Yogurt
Handful of Frozen Pomegranate Seeds (TJs) — I’m not going to lie, it’s a little seedy, but I kind of like it!
2 Tspns. Blue Agave Sweetener
Blend and enjoy!
